The primary purpose of this position is to manage all phases of due diligence, design, engineering, architecture, construction, scheduling, and accounting of construction projects within a specific geographical area. Frequent independent judgments are essential. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws.
This is a developmental role with a two year focus on movement into a Regional Construction Manager position within the organization.
The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:
Schedule projects within the timeframe required by the corporate office.
Complete project budgets, change orders, and turnkey cost additions as required.
This position currently has no supervisory responsibilities.
