    RediClinic has been a leader in the Retail Health Industry for over 10 years. With our continuous growth we are seeking a Director of Training, to join our corporate team at our Greenway Plaza office located in Houston, TX.


    RediClinic is a subsidiary of Rite Aid Corporation, has over 75 walk-in clinics nationwide and partners with some of the nations leading Healthcare Systems such as Memorial Hermann Health, Hackensack Meridian Health, Seton Healthcare, MultiCare Health and several others, to carry out our mission to provide patients with easy access to high quality, affordable healthcare.


    Our ideal candidate is consistent in developing a culture of learning management and continuous improvement for RediClinic. The Director will define, plan, conduct, monitor, review training and development activities for the RediClinic Team. This position advocates for the most effective and innovative virtual learning solutions and delivers these solutions consistently throughout the organization. This position is a member of the RediClinic Leadership Team and is in a position of influence within the HR team to help drive the overall people strategy, as well as help shape RediClinic’s direction, success and company strategies.


    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:

    1. Collaborate with an instructional designer and provide overall virtual training as well as the tactical approach to project implementation.
    2. Work closely with the Operations and Clinical Solutions teams, conduct needs analyses and develop intervention strategies to address areas of need.
    3. Design, develop, execute and oversee training projects that follow a blended learning approach and adhere to adult learning principles.
    4. Plan, track and report on key HR metrics, activities and successes, utilizing and maximizing the available technology. Based upon findings, provide continuous quality improvement of training processes to ensure they are effective, repeatable, and scalable.
    5. Provide oversight of utilization of Learning Management.
    6. Provide leadership and coaching to team members to ensure organizational short and long term company strategies are met and team member skill sets are constantly refined.
    7. Manage the training budget; including forecasting budgetary needs and ensuring training projects adhere to Plan.
